The Catholic Review has also released the information:

Open Public Comment Sessions - April - 2024

The Open Public Sessions will be held in a synod-style structure that involves prayer, reflection, sharing, and listening. The proposal will be presented, and feedback will be welcome. As many people will be in attendance to offer their own voices and represent their parish, it will be important for each parish to receive equal and optimal time to be heard in a respectful, orderly, and balanced way.

There will be two options to participate during the comment period:

1.      In-person Feedback

·         Individual - Everyone will have the opportunity to directly share thoughts and constructive suggestions in a way where we can document and collect all input. It is important that we do this in a comprehensive way so that everyone has their opportunity.

·         Parish - Once individual feedback is offered, the sessions will allow for one or two representatives from each parish (those who wish to comment) to share their collective feedback.

·         This will be a timed session to ensure all parishes participating are given equal time and as many are heard from, as possible.

·         **Before the session begins, please see the Parish Registration table to let us know your parish will be presenting feedback.

2.      Virtual Participation

Those who attend online can log into the sessions from home. They will be able to follow along with the prayer and reflection, view the presentation section, and share thoughts and feedback via chat during the feedback periods online. This will be collected as official feedback and addressed at the meeting, time permitting. Please see Seek online calendar for link to meeting: Events - Archdiocese of Baltimore (archbalt.org) (links will be posted on the day of the sessions).
